Calderdale Way interactive training portal series

Brief: Taking the existing (very dry and factual) project management course, present it in a way that will engage all council employees.
These portals use a combination of original illustration, and a split-level navigation system that allows the user to flick through the top level pages as an aide-memoire, or to click through to the second level pages to study the topics in greater depth.
Working with an interactive PDF provides the best of both worlds – users can easily reach useful and relevant documents on the intranet through embedded hyperlinks, but can also work completely offline.
